In accordance with the specific legal provisions in the Royal Decree regulating the provision of repair services for household appliances, it is reported that:
Repairs will be paid once the equipment is repaired. Once the equipment is reviewed, a budget will be passed to the client, if it is accepted the equipment will be repaired, in case of not being accepted nothing will be charged. If the equipment has been sent by courier, the amount corresponding to the courier costs will be charged. € 18 round trip.
Every client has the right to a previous budget, of the repairs or services that he requests and of the approximate date of delivery of the equipment.
All equipment arrived at XIPNET will be considered out of warranty and therefore the repair amounts will be billed according to the current rates.
All customers will be obliged to pay the corresponding expenses for the storage of their equipment; If as of one month from the date of the telephone, SMS or E-mail notification, the amount of the repair or postage has not been paid. The storage fee is € 1 per day and equipment (VAT included). If after 90 calendar days from the date of notification of the repair, the equipment has not been removed, they will be made available to XIPNET.
XIPNET is not responsible for possible loss of information and damage to the components of a device as a result of the handling of the equipment delivered for repair.
XIPNET has "Claim Sheets" available to customers who request it.
All repairs are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of repair of the equipment, according to conditions specified in Article 6 of Royal Decree 58/1988 of January 29, which regulates the provision of repair services for appliances domestic use.
To make use of the guarantee in the repair the client will have to present the workshop sheet that was given at the time of the repair, or failing that, the ticket or invoice. The guarantee will not be valid in case of not presenting any of these documents.
